I am writing this letter because of the wonderful, wonderful job that your agent, Paul Rallo, did for me this past year in brokering the sale of my home located at 76 Cabot Street. Not only did Paul manage to sell my property for me, he did so at an extremely difficult time in the economy and secured an excellent price for me.
 
Beyond Paul’s clear and outstanding ability to sell a home, I think it is equally important to mention the exemplary character of this man. Many years ago, he sold a piece of property for my mother and during that time it was evident that he was a business man with a rare balance of persistence, patience and kindness. He was able to get the job done in the most gracious manner.
